Plans Overview

The Plans page lets you view all available Meetingz subscription tiers and change your plan.

Viewing plans

Plans are displayed as cards, from lowest to highest tier. Each card shows the plan name, price, and a summary of included features. Click the expand toggle on a plan card to see the full feature list.

The FREE tier is not shown on this page and cannot be selected at signup — see "Your 14-day trial" below for what FREE actually is and how you'd end up on it.

Billing cycle

Use the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top of the page to switch between billing cycle views. Annual billing saves 18% compared to monthly.

Your current plan

Your current plan is indicated on its card with a Current plan badge. If your trial or subscription has lapsed, this badge no longer appears on the old plan — the Plans page reflects that you're on FREE, every plan is shown as available to purchase, and a notice explains the state your account is in.

Your 14-day trial

The 14-day free trial applies to self-serve signups only — Starter, Founder, Founding Member, Professional, and Premium (see [Signing Up for Meetingz]). Every self-serve account starts with a 14-day free trial on the tier you chose during signup. During the trial:

  • You get full access to every capability feature included in your selected tier — nothing is gated.

  • Metered usage (recording hours and Ask Your Meetings / Chat queries) is available at 50% of your plan's normal monthly allotment for the two-week trial — roughly half the monthly amount, since the trial is roughly half a month. For example, a plan with 80 recording hours per Teamspace per month gives you 40 trial hours per Teamspace.

  • On day 15, your payment method is charged automatically and your account converts to full, unthrottled allotments from that point on. The trial's reduced metering never applies again.

  • If you cancel before day 15, you are not charged, and your account drops to the FREE tier (see below).

What FREE actually is

FREE is not a plan you can sign up for — it's the state your account lands in if you cancel before your trial converts, or downgrade away from every paid tier. It includes very limited capacity: 1 Teamspace, 1 member per Teamspace, 5 recording hours per month, no Ask Your Meetings (Chat) access, and 31-day data retention with no adjustment. Most optional capability features (custom branding, custom vocabulary, sharable digests, and others) are not included on FREE — rather than failing when you try to use them, features your plan doesn't include are simply hidden. You do retain access to your own past meeting recordings and transcripts on FREE.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade on a higher-tier plan to begin the upgrade flow. You'll be guided through confirmation and payment steps.

Downgrading

Click Downgrade on a lower-tier plan to begin the downgrade flow. Review the confirmation carefully — downgrading may result in loss of access to features currently in use.

Canceling your subscription

Cancel from the card for your active subscription on the Plans page, or via Change plan on the Billing page. A confirmation prompt appears before cancellation is processed — upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation all require this same confirmation step.

Note: Your plan's features stay active through the end of your current billing period after you cancel. At the end of that period, your account reverts to the FREE tier — and your retention policy resets to FREE's 31-day default, even if you had a longer period configured. Download anything you need to keep before your billing period ends. Canceling during your 14-day trial reverts you to FREE immediately at no charge — see "Your 14-day trial" above.

Re-subscribing: if you come back after lapsing to FREE, re-subscribing works end to end and restores your plan's limits and features across your workspaces. Your Billing page keeps a record of your previous plan and when it ended.

Plan tiers

From entry-level through Enterprise: STARTER, FOUNDER, PROFESSIONAL, PREMIUM, BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE — 6 paid tiers, plus FREE.

Founding Member offer (limited time): Professional-tier features at the Founder price point, with one Teamspace included instead of Professional's two.

Self-serve vs. sales-led: Starter, Founder, Founding Member, Professional, and Premium are self-serve — sign up and choose your tier directly (see [Signing Up for Meetingz]), with the 14-day trial described above. Business and Enterprise aren't self-serve and don't go through a trial; contact our sales team to get started, and they'll set up your account directly on its subscribed tier.
