Billing Overview

The Billing page is your central view for subscription status, plan management, and usage tracking.

Current plan

The top section shows your active subscription:

  • Plan name

  • Price and billing cycle

  • Status — e.g., active, past due, or lapsed to FREE if your trial or subscription has ended

  • Renewal date — when your current billing period ends

If your account has moved to FREE, this section shows your previous plan and the date it ended, alongside a clear path to choose a new plan.

To change your plan, click Change plan. This navigates to the Plans page.

Managing billing

Click Manage billing to open the external billing portal (powered by Stripe). From there you can:

  • Update your payment method

  • Download invoices

  • View billing history

Note: The billing portal opens in a new tab. You'll need your login credentials for the portal if prompted.

Add-ons

This section shows any additional features or capacity purchased on top of your base plan, at both the account and Teamspace level.

  • Account add-ons — apply across all Teamspaces. Currently available: Additional Teamspace, $99/mo each.

  • Teamspace add-ons — apply to specific Teamspaces only. Shown here once available; if none are configured, this section is empty with a link to browse plans.

Usage

The Usage section shows how much of your plan's included capacity has been consumed, tracked per metric:

  • Teamspace Count — how many Teamspaces you're using against your plan's allowance

  • Recording Hours — consumed per Teamspace

  • Ask Your Meetings (Chat) — consumed per Teamspace

Each metric shows a Buy more option once you're close to or past your included allowance. Usage resets per billing cycle, not on a fixed monthly calendar.
