This guide walks a new prospect through creating a Meetingz account, choosing a plan, and completing payment — the steps before [Getting Started with Meetingz] begins.
Who this applies to
Starter, Founder, Founding Member, Professional, and Premium are all self-serve — you can sign up and start your trial directly. Business and Enterprise are not self-serve. If you need one of those two tiers, contact our sales team instead; they'll set up your account for you, and you can skip straight to [Getting Started with Meetingz] once it's ready. See [Plans] for the full self-serve vs. sales-led breakdown.
Step 1 — Start registration
From the Meetingz website (meetingz.ai), click any signup link — the exact link may vary by page, but they all lead to the account registration form at app.meetingz.ai/auth/register.
Step 2 — Fill in your details
The registration form asks for:
Business name — your official business name
Business acronym — used to build your bot's default email address (see [FAQ — Bot Naming & Branding])
First name / Last name
Business email
Click Create account when you're done.
Step 3 — Verify your email
Meetingz emails a magic link to the address you provided. Open that email and click the link to verify and sign in — no password required at this stage (see [FAQ — Authentication] for more on sign-in methods).
Step 4 — Choose your plan
Signing in for the first time takes you straight to the Plans page. Every other part of the app is locked until you select a plan — see [Plans] for what each tier includes. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to choose your billing cycle (annual saves 18%) before picking a plan.
Step 5 — Complete payment
Selecting a plan takes you to a Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details securely. Once payment processes, your account is created and automatically enrolled in a 14-day free trial — this trial mechanic applies to self-serve signups specifically; see [Plans] for the complete trial mechanic, including what happens if you cancel before day 15.
Step 6 — Set up your Teamspace
After checkout, you land on the Teamspace tab. Click Settings to finish configuring your new Teamspace — see [Getting Started with Meetingz] for the full walkthrough from here, including inviting your bot to its first meeting.
