Branding overview

The Branding page has three sections: a custom domain setting, visual branding settings for your Meetingz environment, and account information used by the AI. Branding is account-level — changes here apply across every Teamspace in the account, not just the one you're currently viewing.

Custom domain

Default bot email format

By default, every bot's email address follows the pattern [acronym]_[teamspace name]@scribe.meetingz.ai, built from your account's Acronym (set below, under Account information) and the Teamspace's name. Spaces in the Teamspace name are automatically converted to underscores, since they aren't valid in an email address.

Hostname (Custom Scribe Email Suffix)

On Founding Member/Professional tier and above, you can replace the default @scribe.meetingz.ai domain with your own hostname (for example, acronym_teamspacename@yourhostname) for bot email addresses. Setting this up requires configuring MX DNS records for that domain, coordinated with the Meetingz team — email the Client Care team at support@meetingz.ai to get started. Saving a value here doesn't make it live on its own; it isn't active until that coordination is complete.

Coming soon — full custom domain (white-label): A separate, more complete option is built into our architecture and gated to our highest-tier plans: running your entire Meetingz environment on your own domain, not just the bot's email suffix. This hasn't fully rolled out yet — a dedicated article will cover it once it ships.

Branding settings

Plan requirement: Visual branding customization is available as a paid add-on starting at the Professional tier, and included by default from Premium and above. Some or all of the fields below may be locked if your current plan doesn't include it.

Primary color

The primary color used across your Meetingz interface. Set via a color swatch or hex value.

Highlight color

The secondary accent color. Set via a color swatch or hex value.

Logo

Upload a logo image (.jpg or .png, kept small) or provide a URL to an externally hosted image.

Click Save changes to apply branding changes.

Account information

This section is available on all plans and helps the Meetingz AI better understand your organization.

Acronym

A short business acronym used to build your bots' default email addresses — see "Default bot email format" above (also set during signup, if you signed up yourself — see [Signing Up for Meetingz]). Changing it only affects bots created afterward; existing bot email addresses don't change. See [FAQ — Bot Naming & Branding] for more.

Phone

A contact phone number for the account.

Remarks

Any additional notes about the account.

AI context

A free-text field (up to 1,000 characters) for additional context that should inform AI behavior across the account — similar to Teamspace context in General settings, but applied at the account level and injected for every Teamspace in the account.
