Teamspaces

A Teamspace is the primary environment where meetings are recorded, transcribed, and shared. Each Teamspace belongs to an account and has its own members, bots, and settings. Members only have access to the meetings and data within Teamspaces they've been added to.

Viewing Teamspaces

The Teamspaces page lists all Teamspaces within your account. The table shows each Teamspace's name, parent account, status, member count, and creation date.

Creating a Teamspace

  1. Click Create Teamspace at the top of the Teamspaces page.

  2. Fill in Name, Activation Date, and an optional Remarks (description).

  3. Submit to create the Teamspace.

The new Teamspace will appear in the table immediately.

Accessing Teamspace settings

Click Settings in the Actions column for the Teamspace you want to configure. This opens the Teamspace Settings panel, with seven tabs: General, Members, Bots, Email, Billing, Vocabulary, and Retention.

See the individual Teamspace Settings articles for detail on each tab.

Deleting a Teamspace

Click Delete in the Actions column. A confirmation prompt will appear before the Teamspace is permanently removed.

Warning: Deleting a Teamspace removes all meetings, recordings, transcripts, and associated data for that Teamspace. This action cannot be undone.
