Users
The Users page gives Account Owners a cross-Teamspace view of all users in the account — who they are, which Teamspaces they belong to, and what roles they hold.
Active users
The Active tab lists all users currently associated with the account. The table shows:
Name
Email
Account — the account the user belongs to
Account Owner — a toggle to grant or revoke account owner status
Teamspaces & Roles — a dropdown showing which Teamspaces the user has been added to and their role in each
Account Owner toggle
Enabling the Account Owner toggle gives a user full administrative access across the account, including the ability to manage all Teamspaces, users, and billing.
Use this setting carefully. If your account has only one Account Owner, revoking that status can leave the account without an owner — a state that isn't recoverable through normal account settings. Confirm at least one other Account Owner exists before removing this status from anyone.
Teamspaces & Roles
Click the dropdown for a user to see which Teamspaces they are a member of and their role in each. This provides a quick audit view across the account — see [Managing Your Team] for what each role can actually see and do.
Invitations
The Invitations tab shows all pending invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. From here, you can resend or cancel any pending invitation.
Notes
The Users page provides an account-level view. Teamspace-level member management is done in Teamspace Settings → Members.
A user who appears in Users but has not been added to any Teamspace will have no access to meeting data.
