The General tab contains the core identity and AI configuration settings for your Teamspace.
Accessing Teamspace settings
From the Teamspaces page, click Settings in the Actions column for the relevant Teamspace. The General tab opens by default.

Teamspace context (AI)
A free-text field (up to 1,000 characters) that provides contextual information to the Meetingz.ai AI — for example, your company name, industry, or common terminology used in your meetings. This helps the AI produce more accurate summaries, transcripts, and Chat responses.
Account name
The name of the parent account. Read-only — this can't be edited by any Teamspace or account role. To change your account's legal name, email the Client Care team at support@meetingz.ai.
Teamspace name
The display name for this Teamspace. Visible throughout the app and in digest emails.
Description
An optional description of the Teamspace's purpose or scope.
Saving changes
Click Save to apply all changes on the General tab. Changes are not applied until you save.
