How does the free trial work?

The 14-day free trial applies to self-serve signups only — Starter, Founder, Founding Member, Professional, and Premium (see [Signing Up for Meetingz]). Every self-serve account starts with a 14-day free trial on the tier you selected. You get full feature access during the trial, but recording hours and Ask Your Meetings (Chat) usage are limited to 50% of your plan's normal monthly allotment for those two weeks. On day 15, your payment method is charged automatically and you move to full, unthrottled usage — the reduced trial metering never applies again. Business and Enterprise accounts, set up by our sales team, don't go through a trial — they start directly on their subscribed tier.
