The 14-day free trial applies to self-serve signups only — Starter, Founder, Founding Member, Professional, and Premium (see [Signing Up for Meetingz]). Every self-serve account starts with a 14-day free trial on the tier you chose during signup. During the trial:
You get full access to every capability feature included in your selected tier — nothing is gated.
Metered usage (recording hours and Ask Your Meetings / Chat queries) is available at 50% of your plan's normal monthly allotment for the two-week trial — roughly half the monthly amount, since the trial is roughly half a month. For example, a plan with 80 recording hours per Teamspace per month gives you 40 trial hours per Teamspace.
On day 15, your payment method is charged automatically and your account converts to full, unthrottled allotments from that point on. The trial's reduced metering never applies again.
If you cancel before day 15, you are not charged, and your account drops to the FREE tier.
