Teamspace Settings — Members

Modified on Wed, 12 Aug at 4:20 PM

The Members tab lets you manage who has access to a Teamspace and what role they hold within it.

Viewing members

The members table lists all current members of the Teamspace, along with their member type and role.

Inviting a member

  1. Click Invite member.

  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.

  3. Submit the invitation.

The invitee will receive an email with instructions to join the Teamspace. Until they accept, the invitation will appear as pending.

Important: Only add members who should have access to the meetings and recordings in this Teamspace. Members can view all meeting data within the Teamspaces they belong to. See [Data & Security FAQ] for guidance on access control.

Member types and roles

Each member has two attributes:

  • Type — automatically determined by the member's email domain: Internal if it matches the account holder's domain, External if it doesn't. Not manually set.

  • Role — defines their permission level within the Teamspace. There are exactly three:

  • Admin — Full Teamspace management

  • Analyst — Edit & re-send digests; no Teamspace admin

  • Member — View and summarize own meetings

Both can be changed via the dropdown menus in the members table. Changes take effect immediately.

What each role can actually see: Admin has full access to every Teamspace-level page. Analyst and Member both see only the Meetings section (Dashboard, Upcoming, Library, Chat) — Account & Teamspaces and Billing & Plans are not visible to either. Within Meetings, Analyst and Member see identical content, with one exception: Analysts can edit and lock meeting digests; Members can only view them.

Removing a member

Click Delete in the Actions column for the member you want to remove from the Teamspace.
