The Usage section shows how much of your plan's included capacity has been consumed, tracked per metric:
Teamspace Count — how many Teamspaces you're using against your plan's allowance
Recording Hours — consumed per Teamspace
Ask Your Meetings (Chat) — consumed per Teamspace
Each metric shows a Buy more option once you're close to or past your included allowance. Usage resets per billing cycle, not on a fixed monthly calendar.
