How do I log in to Meetingz.ai?
Meetingz.ai uses magic link authentication — there is no password. Enter your email address on the login page and you'll receive an email with a secure login link. Click it to be signed in automatically.
I didn't receive a login email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, try requesting a new magic link. Make sure you're using the email address associated with your Meetingz.ai account. If the problem persists, contact your Account Owner or Meetingz.ai support.
My magic link isn't working.
Magic links expire after a short period for security reasons. If your link has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.
Can I stay logged in between sessions?
Yes — your session persists unless you explicitly sign out. To sign out, click your profile icon in the top right and select Sign out.
How do I sign out?
Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar and select Sign out from the dropdown.
Can I use Meetingz.ai on multiple devices?
Yes. Concurrent logins across multiple tabs or devices are fully supported — log in wherever you are, whenever you need to.
Does Meetingz.ai support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes — set it up from your profile Settings tab.
I've been invited to a Teamspace but can't log in.
Make sure you're using the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you haven't received an invitation email, check your spam folder or ask your Account Owner to resend the invite. Once you've accepted the invitation, use the standard magic link flow to log in.
