The Meeting Detail page is the full record for a single meeting. What's available depends on the meeting's status.
Meeting metadata
Every meeting detail page shows a header with key information:
Title
Date & Time — shown in both the meeting organizer's timezone and your own local timezone
Status — e.g., Finished, Scheduled, Failed
Platform — the video conferencing platform used (e.g., Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
For completed meetings, additional fields include:
Source — how the meeting was detected or added
Organizer — the meeting organizer
Teamspace — the Teamspace this meeting belongs to
URL — a link to the original meeting
Recurring — whether this meeting is part of a recurring series
Bot in meeting — how long the bot was present in the meeting
A Force Join button is also available on the meeting header — it prompts the bot to attempt joining immediately. This is only meaningful while a meeting is actually in progress. Since a bot may already be in the call or a recording may already exist, clicking it shows a confirmation dialog: "A bot may already be in the call, or a recording may already exist. This launches a fresh bot and may duplicate the recording. Continue?" Confirm only if you're sure the bot isn't already present.
Invitees
A collapsible section listing all meeting invitees. Click to expand or collapse.
Recording & Transcript
For finished meetings, a video player (native controls) displays the meeting recording, alongside a timestamped, speaker-labeled transcript panel. Use the transcript to review exactly what was said at any point in the meeting.
A Download TXT button allows you to download the transcript as a plain text file.
Digest
The AI-generated digest is organized into four sections, each with its own Edit link:
Summary — a single-paragraph AI summary of the meeting
Takeaways — grouped under bolded sub-headers, with bullets
Next Steps — bulleted, each prefixed with an assignee (or TBD if unassigned)
Discussion Topics — grouped under bolded sub-headers; typically the longest and most detailed section
Digest actions
Lock digest — locks the digest against further edits
Regenerate digest — replaces the existing AI-generated digest outright. Asks for confirmation first, and lets you pick a delivery rule for the regenerated digest (Teamspace default, All meeting participants, Teamspace participants, or Admins only) that can differ from the Teamspace's standing digest rule.
Send digest — manually sends the digest. This is how you deliver a digest when the Teamspace's digest distribution rule is set to Do not send, since nothing goes out automatically in that case. The Send flow lets you:
Choose which updated sections to include (Summary, Takeaways, Next Steps, Discussion Topics)
Pick a delivery rule, or send only to prior recipients if there's no active delivery rule — prior/resolved recipients are always included and can't be removed
Add one-off additional recipients for this send only
Add an optional cover note (not saved — applies to this send only)
Confirms the total recipient count before you send
Once you confirm and send, there's no way to undo it.
Permissions: Admins and Analysts can edit and lock digests. Members can view digests but cannot edit or lock them.
Scheduled and failed meetings
For meetings that haven't yet taken place, or where the bot was unable to join, the recording, transcript, and digest sections will show a no-content state. Metadata fields that depend on the meeting having occurred (Source, Organizer, Bot in meeting, etc.) may not be shown.
