Dashboard

Modified on Wed, 12 Aug at 4:23 PM

The Dashboard is your home screen in Meetingz.ai. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your Teamspace and today's meeting activity.

What you'll find here

Welcome banner (first-time / empty state)

Before you have any meetings, the Dashboard shows a welcome banner — "Welcome to Meetingz.ai, [your name]!" — with a Get Started call to action. This banner is dismissible.

Once you've had meetings, the banner is replaced with a summary of your activity: "Catch up on what you missed. You had [N] meetings this week. Ask Chat to recap key decisions, action items, or anything you missed." alongside a Chat Your Meetings → shortcut into the Chat feature.

Today panel

Shows meetings scheduled or recorded today. Before you have any, this panel reads "No meetings today." with a See upcoming link, plus Quick add meeting and All meetings buttons.

Recent Meetings panel

A list of recently recorded meetings across the Teamspace. Before any exist, this reads "No recent meetings." with a See Library link. Once populated, it becomes a table: Title, Summary (click Preview summary for a quick popup without leaving the page), Date/Time, Platform, Status badge (e.g., Processed, Finished), and Recurring / View series where applicable.

Click any meeting to open its full detail page.

Right rail — Teamspace card

A card showing your current Teamspace's name, a Settings button, and a Meetings this week counter (reflects the real count once meetings exist).

"Start using Meetingz.ai with confidence" panel

Shortcuts to Get Your Digest Reports, Support Resources, and Contact Meetingz.ai Team.

Finding your Scribe's email

The email address you use to invite your Teamspace's Scribe to a meeting isn't shown on the Dashboard itself — it's available via the persistent Copy Scribe link widget in the bottom-left of the navigation, available on every page. See the Bots article under Teamspace Settings for more on managing your Teamspace's bot.

Notes

  • The dashboard reflects data for your current Teamspace. If you belong to multiple Teamspaces, switch Teamspaces to see data for another.
