Where do I find my meeting recordings?
Go to Meetings → Library and click on the meeting you want to review. The recording is available on the meeting detail page under the Recording section.
How long does it take for a recording to appear after a meeting?
Processing begins as soon as the meeting ends and typically completes within 90 seconds.
The recording isn't showing up. What should I do?
If the meeting status shows as Finished but no recording is visible, processing may still be in progress. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the meeting shows as Failed, the bot likely didn't join — check whether the bot email was included in the calendar invite.
Can I download the recording?
Yes.
How do I download the transcript?
Open the meeting detail page, scroll to the Transcript section, and click Download TXT. The full transcript will be downloaded as a plain text file.
How accurate are the transcripts?
Transcript accuracy depends on audio quality, speaker clarity, and whether your team uses specialised terminology. Note that your Vocabulary list (Teamspace Settings → Vocabulary) doesn't affect the raw transcript itself — it applies to your Digest Reports (Summary, Takeaways, Next Steps, Discussion Topics) instead.
Can I edit a transcript?
Not within the app. You're welcome to edit your own copy after downloading it.
How long are recordings and transcripts kept?
This is controlled by your Teamspace's retention policy (Teamspace Settings → Retention). The default is 31 days on every plan; Professional tier and above can adjust it, shorter or longer, as needed.
What happens to recordings if I downgrade my plan?
If you drop all the way to the FREE tier, you do retain access to your own past recordings and transcripts — that access isn't removed on FREE, though other features are limited. Retention also resets to FREE's 31-day default at that point.
Can I share a recording or transcript with someone outside my Teamspace?
Not directly through the app. Two related options: Admins can add new members — internal or external — to any Teamspace at no additional charge (there's no per-seat pricing), and Digest Reports can be distributed to anyone, member or not, configured in Teamspace Settings → Email. For the recording or transcript itself, download it and share the file directly.
The transcript has errors or wrong speaker names. Can I fix them?
Transcripts aren't editable within the app. Vocabulary entries (including replacements and corrections) apply to Digest Reports, not the transcript.
