Start With Intent, Not Updates

If a meeting has no clear purpose, the AI will faithfully summarize confusion.

Before you begin, say:

1. “The goal today is to decide X.”

2. “By the end of this, we need alignment on Y.”

3. “This is a working session, not just a check-in.”

The AI can only structure what you structure. Intent makes better notes, and better meetings.
