Click any meeting to open its detail page. Here's what you'll find:
Metadata
Date & Time (shown in both the organizer's timezone and yours), Status, Platform, Source, Organizer, Teamspace, meeting URL, and whether the meeting is recurring. A Force Join button is also available while a meeting is in progress — it warns first, since a bot may already be present, that using it launches a fresh bot and may duplicate the recording.
Invitees
A collapsible section listing everyone who was invited to the meeting.
Recording & Transcript
A video player with native controls, alongside a timestamped, speaker-labeled transcript. Use the transcript to:
Find exactly what was said at a specific moment
Quote from a meeting accurately
Search for a particular topic or phrase within a meeting
Download the transcript as a TXT file using the Download TXT button.
Digest
The AI-generated digest is organized into four sections: Summary, Takeaways, Next Steps, and Discussion Topics — each with its own Edit link. Digest actions include Lock, Regenerate (replaces the digest outright, with confirmation), and Send (for manually delivering a digest, with control over which sections to include and who receives it).
Who can do what: Admins and Analysts can edit and lock digests. Members can view digests but can't edit or lock them.
